  • Du hast die Zahlen im Griff - von Umsatz über Kosten bis hin zu Gästezahlen
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Erstellung effizienter Dienstpläne
  • Du bist mitten im Geschäft und unterstützt dein Team auch aktiv im Service
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Du kümmerst dich um den Einkauf und behältst Warenbestand und Kosten im Blick
  • Ansprechpartner/-in für Gästefeedback

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast Bock auf die Aufgaben und packst gerne mit an
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Service in der Teamführung mit
  • Du bist kommunikativ, offen und eine Teamplayer
  • Du bleibst auch im Stress cool und gut drauf
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung
  • Du bist entscheidungsfreudig und gehst Dinge proaktiv an
  • Du bist flexibel, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
