Für unser Restaurant / unsere Bar im Herzen von Stuttgart suchen wir eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Betriebsleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit .

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise bereits in einer leitenden Position
  • Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führungskompetenz, Teamgeist und Freude am Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Gästen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ein gutes Gespür für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Koordination des täglichen Restaurantbetriebs
  • Führung und Einsatzplanung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Gäste und Geschäftsführung
  • Kontrolle und Optimierung der betrieblichen Abläufe
  • Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Warenwirtschaft und administrativen Aufgaben
