Dann übernimm Verantwortung und gestalte den Aufbau einer völlig neuen Freizeitattraktion aktiv mit.

Als Betriebsleitung (m/w/d) von NinjaLand verantwortest Du den gesamten operativen Betrieb und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team für begeisterte Gäste.

Du leitest das Team und externe Dienstleister in allen Bereichen – von Kasse, über Gästebetreuung bis hin zu Wartung und Instandhaltung – und bist für reibungslose Abläufe verantwortlich. Dafür bist Du bereit, auch mal am Wochenende zu arbeiten – schließlich sind wir da, wenn andere Freizeit haben.

Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Betrieb einer Besucherattraktion gesammelt, egal ob in einem Freizeitpark, Schwimmbad, Museum, Indoorspielplatz, einer Laser Tag Anlage, Kartbahn oder einer vergleichbaren Freizeiteinrichtung.
