Für unseren landwirtschaftlichen Hundezuchtbetrieb in Blender-Ritzenbergen suchen wir eine erfahrene,

strukturierte und tatkräftige Unterstützung. Als rechte Hand der Inhaberin übernimmst du eine

Schlüsselrolle in der Führung und Organisation unseres Hofes und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

im Alltag.

### 📋 Organisation & Aufgaben

Betriebsmanagement: Operative Entlastung der

Inhaberin im kompletten Tagesgeschäft.

Personalführung: Erstellung von Dienstplänen,

Urlaubs- & Krankheitsvertretung, Teamführung (mit Weisungsbefugnis).

Tier- & Fütterungsmanagement: Füttern, Pflege und aufmerksame Gesundheitskontrolle aller

Tiere.

Instandhaltung & Hygiene: Sicherstellung von

Ordnung, Gehegekontrolle, Zäunen und Sicherheit.

### 🎯 Das bringst du mit

Führungskompetenz: Soziale Kompetenz,

Durchsetzungsvermögen und klare Kommunikation.

  • Hundeerfahrung: Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hunden erforderlich.
  • § 11 TierSchG: Sachkundenachweis idealerweise vorhanden (oder Erwerb währendder Tätigkeit).
  • Belastbarkeit: Absolute Zuverlässigkeit sowie
  • physische & psychische Belastbarkeit.
  • Anpack-Mentalität: Multitalent, das auch selbst kräftig mit anpackt.
