  • Der Bruttomonatslohn gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion (exklusive Zulagen) mindestens EUR 3 085,94.

Was erwarten wir?

  • Gestaltung und Optimierung von neuen Arbeitsabläufen und Instandhaltungsprozessen in einer sicheren Arbeitsumgebung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Montage und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagenteile
  • Schichtbegleitende, vorbeugende und nachhaltige Instandhaltung und Reparatur
  • Sicherstellen und Steigern der technischen Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der technischen Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Zielgerichtete und analytische Fehlersuche sowie deren Behebung
  • Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten (Elektro- und Schutzgasschweißen)
  • Wartungsarbeiten an mechanischen und hydraulischen Anlagenteilen

Wen suchen wir?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich
  • Erfahrung im Elektro- und Schutzgasschweißen (MAG/WIG)
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb und zur Leistung von Überstunden
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Körperlich fit, belastbar und zuverlässig
  • Schwindelfrei / keine Höhenangst (Anlagenarbeiten auf Höhen)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
