Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit im Produktionsbereich
  • Durchführung von Maschinenrundgängen sowie Analyse von Prozess- und Stillstandsdaten
  • Planung, Koordination und Dokumentation von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Anlagenperformance
  • Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Qualität und Effizienz
  • Koordination von Umrüstungen in den zugewiesenen Produktionsbereichen
  • Einschulung und fachliche Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitarbeit an Verbesserungs- und Investitionsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorgaben

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (LAP, HTL oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Instandhaltung, Schlosser, Feinmechanik oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktions- oder Industriebetrieb
  • Erfahrung in der mechanischen Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Schmiersystemen, Lagern, Wellen, Riemen, Zahnrädern und Kettenantrieben
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Englischkenntnisse für den beruflichen Alltag von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

Vergütungspaket:

Der für diese Position vorgesehene kollektivvertragliche Brutto-Mindestverdienst beträgt EUR 3.478,51 pro Monat. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
