Administration: Unterstützung bei Audits, Bestellungen und Terminorganisation

Berichterstattung: Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen für Legal Compliance

Kommunikation: Aktualisierung der Intranetseite und Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation

Systemsupport: Unterstützung der Abteilungen bei der Nutzung des Legal-Compliance-Softwaretools

Prozesse: Einhaltung und Optimierung der ESH&E-relevanten Abläufe

  • Beschäftigungsart: Befristet / Teilzeit / Vollzeit (Flexible Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 06:00 und 19:00 Uhr)
  • Dauer: min. 12 Monate

  • Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die Dir zum Erfolg verhelfen
  • Ausbildung: Immatrikuliert im Bachelor oder Master in Wirtschaft und Recht, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Teamarbeit: Kooperative Arbeitsweise und Freude an Zusammenarbeit
  • Auffassungsgabe: Schnelles Verständnis und zügiges Einarbeiten in neue Themen
  • Belastbarkeit: Souveränes Agieren unter Zeitdruck in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Multitasking: Sicheres Priorisieren und Flexibilität im parallelen Aufgabenmanagement
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch
