• The impact you'll make
• As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Lam Salzburg Operations. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure customer orders are produced on time and within budget.

• What you'll do
• •Lead technical equipment projects from project initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• •Drive successful execution of complex customer and internal projects by coordinating the efforts of multiple departments including engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and customer service.
• •Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis
• •Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders
• •Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements
• •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes by increasing efficiency, quality, and execution excellence.
• •Manage project changes, coordinate change control processes, and ensure proper project closure including documenting lessons learned & knowledge transfer activities.
• •Support supplier readiness assessments, manufacturing ramp activities, and external partner alignment.

• Who we're looking for
• Minimum qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; or equivalent experience
• •6+ years of related experience in project management or technical program management
• •Experience with core competencies including:
• ** Strategic Project Leadership
• ** Schedule Development & Recovery Planning
• ** Executive Communication
• ** Supplier & Customer Management
• ** Risk & Escalation Management
• ** Coordinating cross-functional teams of stakeholders without direct authority
• ** Data driven decision making

Preferred qualifications

• •Semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace industry experience is a plus
• •Understanding of operations, manufacturing, and supply chain
• •Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2
• •Experience driving change management & continuous improvement initiatives

• What we're offering

A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
