Als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung / Executive Assistant (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unsere Geschäftsführung proaktiv im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst mit Deinem Organisationstalent dafür, dass Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Proaktive Unterstützung und Entlastung der Geschäftsführung
  • Organisation und Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und im Projektmanagement
  • Terminmanagement sowie Organisation von Geschäftsreisen
  • Planung und Koordination von Veranstaltungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit externen Partnern
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Unterlagen mit MS Office
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Assistenz, Management Assistenz, Executive Assistant oder in einer vergleichbaren Assistenzfunktion (Voraussetzung)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit einer Geschäftsführung oder dem Management
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (v.a. Englisch) sind von Vorteil
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Organisationstalent und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
