## Einblicke in die Rolle

  • Verantwortung für das Erscheinungsbild der Verkaufsfläche in einem ausgewählten Filialkreis und Steuerung aller organisatorischer Abläufe
  • Führung von ca. 10 Filialen mit rund 80 Mitarbeitenden, inklusive Motivation, Förderung und Entwicklung der Teams sowie eigenverantwortliche Personaleinstellung
  • Fokus auf optimalen Umsatz und Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Überwachung der Inventurergebnisse, Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Planung der Jahresinventuren
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe bei Bestandsfilialen, Neueröffnungen, Umbauten und Schließungen sowie Umsetzung des Verkaufskonzepts

## Was für die Rolle wichtig ist

  • Erfahrung als Markt- oder Filialleitung im Einzelhandel, vorzugsweise im Lebensmittel- oder Non-Food-Discount
  • Unternehmerische und kostenbewusste Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Souveränes, sicheres und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Loyalität
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
