In unserer Bäckerei sorgen wir täglich mit handwerklicher Qualität und viel Leidenschaft dafür, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden frische Backwaren genießen können. Damit in unseren Filialen nicht nur der Ofen läuft, sondern auch Organisation, Abläufe und Ergebnisse stimmen, braucht es eine starke Führung im Hintergrund. Und dafür suchen wir Sie!

Als Bezirksleiter  (m/w/d) sind Sie zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und Filialteams. Sie begleiten unsere Standorte aktiv, entwickeln Mitarbeitende weiter, behalten Kennzahlen im Blick und stellen sicher, dass unsere Qualitäts- und Servicestandards in jeder Filiale gelebt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Vertriebs- und Umsatzziele in Ihrem Bezirk
  • Sicherstellung unserer Backwaren-Qualitätsstandards sowie Sortimentssteuerung
  • Personalverantwortung für mindestens 40 Mitarbeitende
  • Beratung und Betreuung von 10 bis 15 Filialen und deren Teams
  • Verantwortung für die Personaleinsatzplanung in Ihrem Bezirk und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Besetzung der Filialen
  • Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Erfahrung in der Personalführung , idealerweise im filialisierten Handel oder Lebensmittelbereich
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Bäckerei- oder Lebensmittelumfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und zeitliche Flexibilität
  • \*\*Führerschein \*\*Klasse B ist zwingend erforderlich
