DEINE HERAUSFORDERUNG

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung der Vertriebsaktivitäten im zugewiesenen Gebiet.
  • Zielsetzung und Überwachung der Ziele und Absprache mit dem Teamleiter.
  • Umsatz- und Ertragsverantwortung für definierte Produktbereiche im Gebiet.
  • Stetige Analyse des Gebietes und des Marktes.
  • Aufstellung eines jährlichen Aktivitätenplans anhand der Gesamtstrategie und regionalen Erfordernissen.
  • Monatliches Reporting an den Teamleiter.
  • Rückmeldung von Kundenfeedbacks und Verbesserungsvorschlägen an die Bereiche Customer Service, Technischer Service und Marketing.
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Kundenloyalität
  • Begleitung von Produktentwicklungen aus der Sicht des Marktes und dessen Bedürfnissen.

DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich
  • Idealerweise erste Branchenerfahrung
  • Hohe Vertriebs- und Gewinnermentalität sowie strategisches Denken
  • Ausgeprägte, authentische und zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Umsetzungsstärke und hohe Eigenmotivation
