Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Warenverräumung und ansprechende Warenpräsentation in Ihrem Bezirk
  • Einarbeitung und Anleitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen direkt vor Ort
  • Unterstützung bei der Mitarbeitergewinnung und Durchführung von Kennenlerngesprächen
  • Kontrolle von Bestand, Mindesthaltbarkeit und Sortiment
  • Aufbau persönlicher Kontakte zu den Marktleitungen Ihrer Region

Ihr Profil – Führungstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität:

  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, Merchandising oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung willkommen, motivierte Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls herzlich eingeladen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden und Marktleitungen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B ist Voraussetzung
