Für unser Büro in Bielefeld suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung im Bereich Mietrecht mit Schwerpunkt Gewerberaummietrecht und Immobilienrecht .

Wir sind eine der führenden Kanzleien für den Mittelstand, regional verwurzelt und deutschlandweit tätig. Mit rund 100 Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälten sind wir auf allen Gebieten des Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrechts sowie des öffentlichen Rechts tätig. An allen Standorten sind mehrere Notarinnen und Notare vertreten.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • eigenverantwortliche Beratung mittelständischer Unternehmen und Gewerbetreibender, in umfangreichen oder dezernatsübergreifenden Fällen auch im Team mit anderen Kollegen
  • Vertretung unserer Mandanten vor Gericht und in außergerichtlichen Verhandlungen
  • selbständige Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen

### Unsere Anforderungen

  • überdurchschnittliche juristische Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Immobilienrecht, insbesondere im Bereich der Gewerberaummiete
  • unternehmerisches Denken
