BigData Hadoop and Cloud Engineer-Assistant Vice President

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Total Experience Required: 8-10 years

Technical Skills and Experience:

Mandate :-

• •Big Data Technologies: Hadoop (5+ years of hands-on experience)
• •Cloud Platforms: AWS, Snowflake (2+ years of hands-on experience)
• •Data Platforms: Databricks (1+ year of hands-on experience)
• •Operating Systems: Unix (7+ years of hands-on experience)

Knowledge and Working experience :-

• •Data Service Platform: Kafka (2+ years of hands-on experience)
• •Programming Languages: PySpark (5+ years of hands-on experience)
• •Architecture: Microservices (hands-on experience required)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• •Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines.
• •Manage and optimize data solutions within cloud environments, specifically AWS and Snowflake.
• •Implement and support large-scale data processing using Hadoop ecosystems.
• •Develop and integrate real-time data streaming solutions leveraging Kafka.
• •Utilize PySpark for complex data transformations and analytics on platforms like Databricks.
• •Contribute to the development and integration of microservices for data-driven applications.
• •Perform system administration, scripting, and troubleshooting in Unix environments.

Recommended Qualifications:

8-10 years of relevant experience

• •Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• •Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• •Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
• •Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
