### Ihre Aufgaben:

Kontierung und Buchung sämtlicher Geschäftsfälle

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen

Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Kontenklärungen

Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Steuerberater und Wirtschafsprüfer

Überwachung und Abstimmung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten

Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen

Unterstützung bei Vorbereitungsarbeiten zur Erstellung von Bilanz-, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen

Ansprechpartner für alle relevanten internen und externen Stakeholder

### Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung , idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter(-in)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhaltung

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

Idealerweise Erfahrung mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen wie z.B. Datev

Erfahrungen bei Abschlussarbeiten

Kenntnisse in der Umsatzsteuer

Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
