## Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Anlagenbuchhaltung)
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB in Kooperation mit unserem Steuerbüro (deutlich mehr Vorgaben fürs Steuerbüro)
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern
  • Verantwortung für die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weitere steuerliche Meldungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerbüro
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen
  • Ansprechperson für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Behörden
  • Buchhalterische Abstimmung innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

## Was dich auszeichnet

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB, Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sind von Vorteil
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
