Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten nach HGB
  • Erstellung von Verbindlichkeitsspiegeln, Rückstellungsspiegeln und Anlagegittern
  • Abstimmung und Buchung von Forderungen, inkl. Erstellung von Forderungsspiegeln
  • Kontenabstimmungen im Hauptbuch
  • Vorbereitung und Buchung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Anhangs
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Umsatzsteuererklärung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalterin (m/w/d)
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB , idealerweise Erfahrung im Non-Profit-Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit SAGE 100 wünschenswert (alternativ DATEV oder andere ERP-Systeme – strukturierte Einarbeitung in SAGE 100 erfolgt)
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit kombiniert mit selbstständigem Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
