Für unsere namhaften Kunden im Raum Stuttgart suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bilanzbuchhalter mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Rechnungswesen.

Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Durchführung und Überwachung der laufenden Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch)
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung buchhalterischer Sachverhalte
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Mitwirkung bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Behörden
  • Optimierung interner Prozesse in der Buchhaltung

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware wie DATEV
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
