Das werden Sie machen

  • Kreditoren‑ und Debitorenbuchhaltung inklusive Prüfung von Ein‑ und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Abwicklung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle nach GoB sowie handels‑ und steuerrechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Kassenführung und Mahnwesen
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats‑, Quartals‑ und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Pflege von Stammdaten, Digitalisierung und Archivierung
  • Erstellung von USt‑Voranmeldungen und Bearbeitung steuerlicher Fragestellungen
  • Betreuung der Anlagebuchhaltung inklusive Inventur

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen / Steuern / BWL
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Kenntnisse im Handels‑ und Steuerrecht
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Team‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
