Die FERTINGER TUBES GmbH, ist ein selbstständiges Unternehmen der Innerio Group am Standort in Remscheid. Wir entwickeln und produzieren vielfältige Bauteile aus hochfrequenzgeschweißten Aluminiumrohren für den Einsatz insbesondere in der Automobilindustrie.

· Sicherstellung der vollständigen Bearbeitung und Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle des Unternehmens nach HGB

· Erstellung der Liquiditätsplanung

· Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditoren­buch­haltung, der Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie der Sach­konten

· Verantwortung für alle administrativen Vorgänge im Unternehmen, wie z.B. Rechnungsausgang, Rechnungseingang und Zahlungsverkehr

· Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und ZM-Meldung

· Bearbeitung und Durchführung des Mahnwesens

· Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen

· Unterstützung bei der jährlichen Budgetplanung

· Bearbeitung, Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmenscontrolling und des Berichtswesens

· Erstellung von Statistiken für Behörden und Bearbeitung von Adhoc-Anfragen

· Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Banken

· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung

· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Steuern und Controlling

· Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine analytische Denkweise

· Hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

· Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, idealerweise Kenntnisse von Infor IGF

· Englischkenntnisse

· Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Kantine und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Unternehmen
