Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie bearbeiten laufende Buchungen und stellen sicher, dass Finanzdaten vollständig erfasst sind.
  • -Sie prüfen Belege und Unterlagen sorgfältig und klären Abweichungen nachvollziehbar.
  • -Sie stimmen Konten ab und halten die Buchhaltung auf einem aktuellen Stand.
  • -Sie bereiten Abschlussarbeiten vor und stellen die benötigten Informationen strukturiert zusammen.
  • -Sie erstellen Auswertungen für den Bereich Accounting & Finance und machen Zahlen transparent.
  • -Sie dokumentieren Buchungsvorgänge klar, damit Unterlagen jederzeit nachvollzogen werden können.
  • -Sie stimmen sich bei offenen Fragen mit den zuständigen Ansprechpartnern ab und fördern einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Sie verfügen über praktische Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • -Sie bearbeiten Buchungen, Belege und Konten sorgfältig und strukturiert.
  • -Sie können Finanzdaten prüfen, Abweichungen erkennen und nachvollziehbar klären.
  • -Sie bereiten Unterlagen für Abschlussarbeiten zuverlässig vor.
  • -Sie erstellen Auswertungen und dokumentieren Ihre Arbeit klar.

Vergütungspaket

  • 27,0 bis 33,0 EUR brutto pro Stunde
  • -Befristete Beschäftigung
