Ihre Aufgaben

  • Buchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Rahmen der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter wünschenswert
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in DATEV und guter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
  • Guter Umgang mit ERP-System (idealerweise ABAS)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
