Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Durchführung der Intercompany-Abstimmung
  • Kontenabstimmung und Sachverhaltsaufklärung der Haupt- und Nebenbücher
  • Verantwortung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
  • Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Bildung sowie Buchung von Rückstellung und Abgrenzungen
  • Mahnwesen, Zahlungsverkehr und Bearbeitung offener Posten
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetierung und Cash-Flow-Berechnung
  • Durchführung und Koordination des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Erstellung von Reportings und Analysen
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Verantwortliche und externe Partner (Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater)

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d)
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB uns IFRS, US GAAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und Datev
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP R3, Oracle-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Effiziente, strukturierte und vor allem sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
