  • Eigenständige Erfassung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen unter Berücksichtigung handels- und steuerrechtlicher Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
  • Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen sowie Bearbeitung von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsthemen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten, Statistiken und Kennzahlen für das interne und externe Berichtswesen
  • Anwendung der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sowie Unterstützung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Entscheidungen
  • Verantwortung für das operative Liquiditätsmanagement, einschließlich Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Prüfung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung, Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung, Jahresabschluss und Rechnungslegung, insbesondere nach HGB
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und im Umgang mit handels- und steuerrechtlichen Wertansätzen
  • Erfahrung in Reporting, Kostenrechnung und Liquiditätsmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
