Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Kernaufgaben im Überblick

  • Jahresabschluss: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie Vorbereitung von Steuererklärungen
  • Finanzbuchhaltung: Laufende Buchführung, Kontenabstimmung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie des Mahnwesens

Reporting:

Aufbereitung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen, Liquiditätspläne und Kennzahlen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management.

  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Direkter Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Finanzämter und Banken
  • Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Workflows im internen Rechnungswesen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zum *Geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)*
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Handelsrecht (HGB) und Steuerrecht
  • Soft Skills: Analytische Denkweise, hohe Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und MS Office
