Die Del Ex GmbH nimmt für Ihre Partnerunternehmen administrative Aufgaben wie Unternehmensberatung, Personalverwaltung und Buchhaltung wahr. Zur Unterstützung und Vervollständigung unseres kleinen Buchhaltungsteams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) als fundierten Ansprechpartner für das Buchhaltungsteam sowie Schnittstelle zum Steuerberater.

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Unterstützung in der gesamten laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Analyse der internen Abläufe zur Automatisierung von Prozessen
  • Optimierung der Nutzung der Buchhaltungssoftware und Begleitung der Digitalisierung
  • Klärung von steuerlichen sowie bilanziellen Sachverhalten
  • Monatliche Kontenabstimmung u. Kontenklärung sowohl auf Personenkontenebene als auch auf Sachkontenebene im Hinblick auf die Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Fristgerechte Abgabe der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden, Kunden, Geschäftspartnern etc.
  • Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse und Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater
  • Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von Prüfungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre)
  • Idealerweise gute Lexware und Datev Kenntnisse
  • Gewissenhafte, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
