### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (ggf. IFRS)
  • Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Hauptbuch
  • Kontenabstimmung und -klärung sowie Überwachung der Buchungsqualität
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Unterstützung bei Steuererklärungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und internen Kontrollen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Liquiditätsplanung und beim Reporting
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben

### Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Steuern
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine vorherige Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder Steuerfachwirt/in
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Handelsrecht (HGB), wünschenswert IFRS-Kenntnisse
  • Fundiertes Wissen im deutschen Steuerrecht sowie spezifische Kenntnisse in der internationalen Umsatzsteuer
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, DATEV oder Microsoft Dynamics) sowie fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sowie Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
