Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses sowie Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Monatsabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Organisation und Optimierung der Prozessabläufe in den Bereichen Finanzbuchhaltung und Finanzplanung
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Abschlussprüfer, Betriebsprüfer des Finanzamtes sowie Prüfer des Rechnungsprüfungsamtes
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Ansprechperson für sämtliche Fragestellungen im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) bzw. Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Bilanzierungssicherheit sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Bilanz- und Steuerrecht und sicherer Umgang mit den Vorschriften des HGB und des Steuerrechts
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Microsoft Excel
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Hohe Termintreue, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und persönliches Engagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhaltung sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
