Aufgabengebiet

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • -Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • -Bearbeitung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • -Durchführung von Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • -Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesens
  • -Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiteren steuerlichen Meldungen
  • -Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und interne Fachbereiche
  • -Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen im Rechnungswesen
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Ausbildung
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK), Steuerfachwirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Alternativ Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen

Berufserfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • -Erfahrung in der Erstellung von HGB-Abschlüssen

Fachliche Kenntnisse

  • Sicheres Bilanzierungswissen nach HGB
  • -Gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht, insbesondere Umsatzsteuer

Systeme

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • -Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen,

Sprachen

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • -Gute Englischkenntnisse
