Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the vehicle purchase process
• •Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• •Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Toyota vehicles
• •Guide customers through test drives, financing options, and closing sales
• •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota models, features, and promotions
• •Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold Performance Toyota Fairfield’s reputation for excellence

Qualifications:

• •Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• •Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• •Driven, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
