TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract as Contract Funding Specialist, reporting to the Supervisor of Contract Funding. This role resides in our Markham Head Office

What You’ll Be Doing:

• •Matches contracts to our internal system and verifies terms and conditions that have been submitted and approved
• •Review contracts and credit applications for completeness, proper date/signature and accuracy and compliance with all requirements
• •Verifies contract rates are accurate in accordance to the rate letters and special programs
• •Accurately and efficiently enter data required to complete each contract
• •Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails from dealerships to resolve funding issues
• •Maintain strong relationships with dealerships
• •Other duties as required

What You’ll Bring:

• •2+ years' experience in banking, finance, legal or the auto industry is preferred
• •High School Diploma required. College Diploma or University Degree an asset
• •Strong computer skills; attention to detail and accuracy
• •Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• •Must be available to work between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
• •Must be available to work overtime as needed

Hourly Rate: $22.50
