Bilingual Staffing Specialist

Onsite | Full-Time | Branch Operations

As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in connecting great talent with meaningful job opportunities while helping our clients build strong teams. This isn’t your typical recruiting role. It’s a mix of relationship-building, recruiting, account support, and operational know-how, with the opportunity to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking talent and clients.

💼 What You’ll Do

As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist at Openwork, you’ll wear a few important hats: recruiter, talent coach, and client partner. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Recruit and place great talent through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies. Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Communicate with and support both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates , helping ensure they understand job opportunities, expectations, schedules, and next steps.

Support and coach your talent throughout their assignments by checking in regularly, answering questions, providing feedback, and helping resolve issues.

Build strong client relationships by understanding their workforce needs, conducting regular check-ins, and delivering thoughtful staffing solutions.

Drive growth by skill-marketing standout candidates, collaborating with sales, and identifying opportunities to better serve our clients.

Keep branch operations running smoothly by supporting tasks like payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and compliance.

Build relationships in the local community and help expand Openwork’s talent network through outreach, referrals, and creative recruiting efforts.
