Für unseren Kunden, einen international tätigen Technologiekonzern, suchen wir im Rahmen einer Arbeitnehmerüberlassung ab sofort einen BIM Data Specialist (m/w/d) OpenBIM, IFC & IDS am Standort Erlangen.

Aufgaben

  • BIM-Datenstandards sowie OpenBIM- und IFC-basierte Datenstrukturen entwickeln
  • Information Delivery Specifications (IDS) erstellen und pflegen
  • BIM-Modelle validieren und Datenqualität sowie Interoperabilität sicherstellen
  • BIM-Plattformen in bestehende Enterprise-Systeme integrieren
  • BIM-Prozesse durch APIs, Scripting und digitale Workflows weiterentwickeln und automatisieren

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Architektur, Baumanagement, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im BIM-, Digital-Engineering- oder datengetriebenen Projektumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in IFC, OpenBIM, IDS und BIM Model Validation
  • Erfahrung mit BIM-Software wie Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Forma oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Arbeitszeit: 35 Std. / Woche
  • Arbeitsort: Erlangen
  • Anstellungsart: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
