BIM Engineer (Arch)

Experience - 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• •Create and modify Revit families, parametric components, and BIM content as required.
• •Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accurate model development.
• •Perform clash detection and coordination with relevant disciplines to resolve model conflicts.
• •Conduct self-QC checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• •Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
• •Update BIM models based on design revisions, client comments, and coordination feedback.
• •Manage model files, work sets, and project deliverables using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 , and other CDE platforms.
• •Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining required productivity and quality standards.
• •Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, Architects, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables.

Requirements

• •Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit – Architecture .
• •Good understanding of BIM workflows, architectural modeling, documentation, and coordination .
• •Experience creating and editing Revit families and parametric content .
• •Knowledge of clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination .
• •Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independent quality checks.
• •Good communication and coordination skills.
• •Ability to work effectively within project deadlines.
