BIM-Koordinator (m/w/d)

Sie sichern die Qualität digitaler Gebäudemodelle und sorgen dafür, dass die beteiligten Fachdisziplinen auf einer abgestimmten Grundlage arbeiten. Als BIM-Koordinator verbinden Sie Modellverständnis mit verbindlichen Prüf- und Abstimmungsprozessen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie koordinieren Fachmodelle und prüfen deren Qualität anhand der vereinbarten Modellanforderungen.
  • Sie führen Kollisions- und Plausibilitätsprüfungen durch und bereiten Ergebnisse für das Projektteam auf.
  • Sie organisieren modellbasierte Abstimmungen und verfolgen vereinbarte Korrekturen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung projektspezifischer BIM-Abwicklungspläne und Modellierungsstandards.
  • Sie strukturieren den Datenaustausch und sichern die Nachvollziehbarkeit von Modellständen sowie Entscheidungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine bautechnische Ausbildung, ein einschlägiges Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung in der BIM-Koordination und im Umgang mit Fachmodellen mit.
  • Modellprüfwerkzeuge, IFC-Austausch und strukturierte Issue-Prozesse sind Ihnen vertraut.
  • Sie verbinden technische Detailgenauigkeit mit einer klaren, lösungsorientierten Kommunikation.

Vergütung

Die Gehaltsorientierung beträgt 69.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr bei Vollzeit. Die konkrete Vergütung und mögliche variable Bestandteile werden für die jeweilige Position abgestimmt.
