Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die BIM-/VDC-Strategie und deren Umsetzung in modularen Bauprojekten.
  • Koordination von Planung, Fertigung und Baustelle sowie Steuerung der Gesamtmodelle.
  • Sicherstellung der Modellqualität durch Clash Detection und Koordinationsprozesse.
  • Integration von BIM in Fertigungs-, Termin-, Kosten- und Logistikprozesse.
  • Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Zusammenarbeit in Projektteams.
  • Das bringst Du mit
  • Please read the required qualifications carefully and note that proficiency in German (level C1) is required.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauwesen, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im BIM-/VDC-Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Revit (idealerweise Revit MEP) sowie Erfahrung mit BIM-Koordination und Modellprüfung.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung.
