Job Summary

We are seeking a BIM Modeler (MEPF) to support the development and coordination of accurate 3D BIM models and technical documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems. The role will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure models are coordinated, accurate, and aligned with project requirements, BIM standards, and quality expectations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit and other relevant BIM tools, a good understanding of MEPF systems, and the ability to support model coordination, clash detection, drawing production, and project documentation for engineering and infrastructure projects.

Create and maintain MEPF 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.

• •Report to the Team Leader based in the Philippines for task assignment and report on the progress of assigned tasks.
• •Perform duties as assigned. Cross-deployment is not encouraged for the initial stage of employment.

Requirements:

• •At least 5+ years of BIM/CAD MEPF project experience.
• •Experienced using AutoCAD and Revit.
• •Experienced working with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.
• •Knowledge in MicroStation (Bentley suit of software in civil design work) platform will be an advantage.
• •Preferably with working experience in engineering design consulting practice on Civil Infrastructure especially on bridges and rails.
• •Knowledgeable of concepts of MEPF Engineering design.
• •Preferably familiar with the DPWH bridge detailing procedures.

Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other engineering production software is recommended.

• •Able to work under pressure with good time management skills.
• •Willing to do overtime if necessary.
• •Ability to work full-time in the Makati office.

Prior experience in Drawing Review process and QC is desirable.
