Wer hat Lust, in unserer kleinen Bioland Hofbäckerei mitten in Waake bei Göttingen köstliche Brote im holzbefeuerten Steinbackofen zu zaubern?

Unsere Backstube – eingebettet in einen vielseitigen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb – gibt es seit über dreißig Jahren, unsere Produkte sind im Raum Göttingen bekannt und beliebt. Damit das so bleibt, möchten wir, seit Juli 2024 neue Leiter des Brothofs Waake, bewährtes erhalten und anderes verändern.

Du bist Bäcker\*in und kennst dich vielleicht sogar mit holzbefeuerten Steinbacköfen aus?

Dann melde dich doch gerne bei uns!

Wir suchen dich als Vertretung für eine Mitarbeiterin in der Meisterausbildung.

Selbstständiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten ist hier gefragt, Spaß daran, mit anderen zusammen Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.

Gebacken wird viermal pro Woche nachmittags von 14:30 bis ca. 21 Uhr.

Wir suchen dich, wenn du bereits Erfahrung im Backhandwerk und idealerweise bereits mit holzbefeuerten Steinbacköfen gearbeitet hast. Du wirst primär alleine backen und musst deshalb in der Lage sein, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln und mögliche Fehler zu erkennen und zu beheben.
