wir betreiben als Familienbetrieb Bio-Supermärkte in Norddeutschland. Aktuell sind es 27 Geschäfte mit über 400 Mitarbeitenden. In unseren Märkten werden ausschließlich ökologisch erzeugte Lebensmittel und Naturwaren angeboten.

  • Für unseren Markt in Wildeshausen suchen wir eine Marktleitung (m/w/d) mit folgendem Anforderungsprofil:
  • · Arbeit im Schichtdienst 39 - 42 Stunden/Woche
  • · 5 Tage/Woche MO-SA
  • · Schichten 6:00-14:30 h und 12:45-20:30 h
  • · Führungs- und Organisationsverantwortung für ca. 13-15 Mitarbeitende
  • · Arbeitsplanerstellung und Urlaubsplanung
  • · Teamentwicklung
  • · Einkaufs- und Inventurverantwortung
  • · kooperativer Führungsstil
  • · Arbeit mit Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • · Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentrale
  • · Verantwortung für Kassen und Abrechnung
  • · Interesse/Fachwissen Naturkost und Naturwaren
