Bij Engel & Völkers Brugge werk je voor een internationaal luxemerk met een sterke lokale verankering. We zoeken een gepassioneerde makelaar die Brugge en omstreken op zijn duimpje kent en klaar is om succes te boeken.

Wat je gaat doen:

- Je bouwt actief een portefeuille op van exclusieve panden in en rond Brugge.

- Je begeleidt je klanten van eerste bezoek tot handtekening bij de notaris.

- Je zet marketingstrategieën in (ja, ook met dronebeelden en social media).

- Je onderhandelt, adviseert en sluit met flair.

Wat wij zoeken:

- Je beschikt over een actief BIV-nummer .

- Je bent zelfstandig maar werkt graag in team.

- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands – Engels en Frans zijn een plus.

- Je hebt commerciële voelsprieten en een onstuitbare drive.
