Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

• •Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential.
• •Ability to maintain BCBA certification, LBS licensure, CAQH profile, and credentialing with insurance providers.
• •Previous experience working in a clinic, home, or school-based ABA setting preferred.
• •Minimum of one (1) year of clinical, home, or school-based experience providing direct ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, training caregivers, and supervising clinical staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• •Knowledge of third-party insurance funding and authorization processes, or a willingness to learn.
• •Strong understanding of early childhood learning curricula and the application of evidence-based behavioral principles to develop functional, socially significant skills.
• •Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
