Responsibilities:

• •Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and provide accurate estimates for repair costs.
• •Work collaboratively with the team to meet repair deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• •Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to complete repair and restoration tasks.
• •Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• •Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician with a focus on collision repair.
• •Strong knowledge of frame straightening, dent repair, and refinishing techniques.
• •Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and equipment.
• •Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and work orders.
• •Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• •Experience as a Body Shop Technician.
• •Certification in collision repair or related field is a plus, but not required
• •Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
