Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie in Düsseldorf als Bohrwerkdreher (m/w/d).

Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit als Bohrwerkdreher (m/w/d):

  • 3,5-jährige Fachausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Frästechnik (Schwerpunkt Bohrwerk)
  • Erfahrung mit Heidenhain-Steuerung
  • Kranschein optimal vorhanden
  • Nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben als Bohrwerkdreher (m/w/d):

  • Prüfung der Arbeitspläne und technischen Zeichnungen (Stahlbauzeichnungen) auf Vollständigkeit
  • Vermessung der einzusetzenden Werkzeuge mittels elektronischem Einstellgerät
  • Programmierung der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte der CNC-Maschinen anhand von komplexen technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Prüfung der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte auf Richtigkeit der Bemaßung ggf. Anpassungen der Programmierung (z.B. Nullpunkt-Verschiebung)
