We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment bookkeeper to join our team and support our day-to-day financial operations.
- What You’ll Own
- Run full-cycle bookkeeping and keep the books balanced and up to date.
- Process vendor, customer, and intercompany transactions, including invoicing, payments,
- and reconciliations.
- Work daily in NetSuite, plus tools like Mesh, Dokka, Expensify etc., for payments and expense workflows.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, AR, AP, payroll, and fixed assets on a rolling basis.
- Drive the monthly close (accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, cutoffs) through to a full balance sheet and P&L.
- Handle statutory filings, including VAT reporting, and other tax and regulatory submissions.
- Support the annual audit, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on NetSuite experience - required.
- Full-cycle bookkeeping experience - required.
- Background as a bookkeeper in a startup or tech company; comfortable owning the role solo.
- Experience with multiple entities/jurisdictions and tools like Mesh, Expensify, or Dokka - a plus.
- Strong English, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, highly organized and independent.
