  • Bookkeeper
  • At Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown , we believe our employees are our greatest asset. If you are looking for a career with an extraordinary company, we are the perfect choice. We are currently seeking a part-time BOOKKEEPER to join our centralized accounting team based in St James.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable, including deposits
  • Reconciling corresponding schedules
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Miscellaneous small clerical duties

Requirements

  • Dealership experience is preferred, but not required
  • Solid math and reconciling skills
  • Strong basic computer skills (email, MS Suite, Google Suite)
  • Needs to be detail-oriented, problem-solver, and reliable

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am-2pm
