Stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung gesucht für unsere spezialisierte Pflegeeinrichtung, Haus Weitsicht in Boostedt

Wir sind eine fachspezifische Pflegeeinrichtung für psychiatrische und demenzielle Erkrankungen, sowie Suchterkrankungen.

Du bist die rechte Hand unserer Pflegedienstleitung und die Stimme der Qualität, ein echter Allrounder mit Leidenschaft für Pflege, Organisation und Standards.

Deine Mission:

  • Du führst, planst und organisierst unser Pflege-Team zusammen mit der Pflegedienstleitung, von Dienstplänen bis zur Motivation
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Pflegeleitbild und alle Standards gelebt werden
  • Du bindest die Ressourcen unserer Pflegekunden und ihrer Angehörigen aktiv ein
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Pflegedokumentation, Pflegeplanung und Pflegeprozess top gepflegt sind
  • Du führst fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Anordnung unter Berücksichtigung unseres Pflegeleitbildes durch

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung in der Pflege (Erfahrung als PDL ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss)
  • Organisationstalent & Teamgeist: Du behältst immer den Überblick
  • Freude an Kommunikation, Führung und Zusammenarbeit
  • Motivation und Herzblut für deinen Job
