Die modal 3 Logistik GmbH steht für trimodale, nachhaltige Logistik aus einer Hand. Durch kostengünstige Transporte mit dem Binnenschiff und der Bahn sorgen wir für nachhaltige Verkehre und die notwendige Entlastung der Straßen.
Mit unseren Standorten in Hamburg, Haldensleben, Fallersleben sowie Philippsthal und insgesamt rund 70 Mitarbeitenden werden pro Jahr rund 100.000 TEU im Hafenhinterlandverkehr bewegt.

### Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei An- und Ablegemanövern
Unterstützung bei Be- und Entladearbeiten, Ladungssicherung gemäß geltenden Vorgaben
Instandhalten, Warten und Pflegen des Wasserfahrzeuges sowie der bordeigenen Technik
Unterstützung bei Navigation, Sicht- und Funkverkehr
Durchführen von Reparatur- Ausbesserungsarbeiten an Bord
Sicherstellen der Mannschaftsversorgung, Logistik und Lagerhaltung
Überwachung von Wetterlagen, Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Meldung von Abweichungen
Dokumentation von Arbeiten, Berichte an Vorgesetzte
Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Motoren und Hilfsaggregate

### Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Binnenschiffer: Eingetragene Fahrzeiten als Bootsmann im Schifferdienstbuch
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Binnenschiffer
Technisches Verständnis
Logisches Denken und Beobachtungsgabe
Entscheidungsfähigkeit
Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
