About the Role

Atlas Credit Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Fort Worth location.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the overall success of the branch, including team performance, customer service, lending, collections, compliance, and branch growth. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can coach employees, make sound decisions, hold their team accountable, and build strong relationships with customers.

What You'll Do

Lead, train, coach, and motivate branch employees to meet individual and branch performance goals.

Oversee daily branch operations and maintain a professional, customer-focused environment.

Assist customers with loan applications, renewals, payments, and account questions.

Ensure loans and transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor delinquent accounts and lead collection efforts to improve branch performance.

Conduct field collections , including visits to customers' homes or workplaces when necessary.

Maintain accurate customer records, account documentation, and branch files.

Ensure proper cash handling, balancing procedures, and office security.

Address customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate resolutions.

Develop and execute local marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Monitor branch results and take proactive steps to improve performance.

Ensure employees consistently follow company policies, procedures, and expectations.

What We're Looking For

Leadership Experience: 1+ year of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Customer-Focused: Previous customer service, lending, collections, sales, or financial services experience preferred.

Leadership Skills: Ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold employees accountable.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving: Comfortable making decisions and resolving customer and operational issues.

Technology: Comfortable learning and working with computer systems, customer databases, and financial software.

Fieldwork: Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Language: English required. Bilingual Plus!
