We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our thriving Jewson branch in Edinburgh Ratcliffe Terrace, EH9 1SX .

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, and every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• •Lead the day-to-day running of the branch, driving sales, profit and customer service.
• •Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver high performance.
• •Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers and grow new business.
• •Manage branch KPIs, stock and operational performance.
• •Ensure high standards of health, safety and compliance.
• •Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and branch performance.

What We’re Looking For

• •Experience leading and developing a team.
• •Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• •Good commercial and financial awareness.
• •Knowledge of the builders’ merchant or construction industry.
• •Confident, resilient and able to manage competing priorities.
• •Good IT skills and a full UK driving licence.
• •Customer Service - High levels of customer satisfaction with frequently returning customers and growing live accounts
• •Enthusiasm - You radiate positivity and possess an unyielding passion for the merchant world.
• •Decency - You embody honesty and integrity, contributing to a workplace built on respect and ethics
